→ ইন্টার‌্যাক্টিভ মিডিয়া:
কয়জন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার তার কাজের সঠিক মূল্যায়ন ও ভাগ্যকে পরিবর্তন করার যে ক্ষেত্রটি পান সেটি হলো ইন্টার‌্যাক্টিভ মিডিয়া। এখানে বিশেষত টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, ভিডিও, অ্যানিমেশন, অডিওসহ যেকেনো কিছু এবং এ সম্পর্কিত সব কিছুই নিয়ে কাজ হয়। আমার মতে ইন্টার‌্যাক্টিভ মিডিয়া হলো তেমনই একটি ভালো নিশ যেখানে একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার তার কাজকে প্রস্ফুটিত করতে পারেন।
→ প্রমোশনাল ডিসপ্লে:
সাধারণত যারা বড় ধরনের বা বড় আকারের কাজ করতে চান বা কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে পারবেন তাদের জন্য এটি একটি ভালো মাধ্যম। এ কাজগুলো মূলত বিভিণœ অ্যাডমিডিয়াতে পাওয়া যায়। এখানে একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারকে বিভিন্ন ধরণের বিলবোর্ড ডিজাইন এবং একই ধরণের প্রোমোশনার ডিসপ্লে ডিজাইন নিয়ে কাজ করতে হয়।
→ জার্নাল:
বিভিন্ন ধরণের জার্নালগুলো (বিষয়ভিত্তিক বা ব্যাঙ্গাত্বক) ক্রিয়েটিভ গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারদের গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। এখানে সাধারণত পাঠককে আকৃষ্ট করার কাজটি করতে হয়। এখানে আপনাকে ছোটখাটো লোগো, ইমোটিকন থেকে শুরু করে কমপ্লিট কাভার ডিজাইন করতে হতে পারে।
→ কর্পোরেট রিপোর্টস:
এটি রেগুলার জব না হলেও কম নয়! একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির কর্পোরেট রিপোর্ট তৈরি করে ভালোমানের আয় করতে পারেন। এটা অনেকটাই প্রফেশনাল কিন্তু মোটেই বোরিং কাজ নয়। কাজের মধ্যে অনেক স্বাচ্ছদ্য বোধ করা যায়।
→ মার্কেটিং ব্রোশিউর:
এটিও অনেকটাই প্রোমোশনাল ডিসপ্লের কাজের মতো। এখানে আপনাকে বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির পণ্য বা সেবা নিয়ে ডিজাইনের কাজটি করতে হবে। একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার ছাড়া যেহেতু কাজটি সম্ভব নয়, তাই এখানেও আপনার কাজের ক্ষেত্রটি হতে পারে।
→ সংবাদপত্র:
গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার ছাড়া সংবাদপত্র! মোটেই সম্ভব নয়। একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার একটি সংবাদপত্রকে ঠিকই সংবাদপত্রেরই মতো করে তোলেন। ফাইনাল লেআউট দেওয়ার জন্য গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার অবশ্যই জরুরী। এখানে আপনার পেশার সন্মানটাও বেশি। তাই সংবাদপত্র একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারের জন্য একটি সাফল্যজনক কাজের ক্ষেত্র।
→ ম্যাগাজিন:
এটাও মূলত সংবাদপত্র ও জার্নালের মতো। তবে ম্যাগাজিনে গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারের কাজের পরিমান অপেক্ষাকৃত অনেক বেশি। কারণ ম্যাগাজিনে ভিজ্যুয়াল লেআউট বেশি থাকে। তাই ম্যাগাজিনের প্রত্যেকটা প্রকাশনার জন্য গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার, অবশ্যই আবশ্যক। এটাও আপনার যথোপযুক্ত কাজের ক্ষেত্র হতে পারে।
→ লোগো ডিজাইন:
একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারের জন্য সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় কাজ হলো লোগো ডিজাইন। এক্ষেত্রে একজন ফ্রিল্যান্সার হিসেবে কাজ শুরু করতে বেশি সময় লাগে না। আপনার ক্রিয়েটিভিই হলো লোগো ডিজাইনের মূল কথা। প্রায় প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠানই তার প্রতিষ্ঠানের লোগো তৈরির জন্য একজন ফ্রিল্যান্স লোগো ডিজাইনার অর্থাৎ গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারে খোঁজ করেন। তাই আপনি সহজেই কাজ পাবেন এবং ভালো করতে পারলে তাদেরকেই আপনার রেগুলার বায়ার হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে পারবেন।
→ ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন:
সবশেষে বললেও একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনারের জন্য সবচেয়ে বেশি কাজের ক্ষেত্র ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন। লোকাল মার্কেট বা অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস যেটাই বলি না কেনো প্রতিনিয়ত ওয়েব ডিজাইনের কাজের পরিমাণ বাড়ছে। তাই ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন করেও আপনা গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার পেশাকে সামনে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন নিদ্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্যে।
→ স্মার্টফোন ডিজাইন:
বর্তমান বিশ্বে ডিজাইনিং এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা দিন দিন বাড়ছে। সর্বাধুনিক স্মার্টফোন গুলোতে ইউজার ইন্টারফেস ডিজাইনিং ব্যাবহার করার ফলে হঠাৎ’ করে একটি বড় মার্কেট সৃষ্টি হয়েছে ডিজাইনিং এ। কম্পিউটার প্রফেশনাল অনেকেই কোডিং এর চেয়ে ডিজাইনিংকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দিচ্ছেন এর জনপ্রিয়তার জন্য। ডিজাইনিং এর আরেকটি প্রধান সুবিধা হল এর মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকের মনের অনুভুতিকে জাগানো সম্ভব হয় যার মাধ্যমে ডিজাইনার সৃষ্টি র আনন্দ পেতে পারেন। বর্তমানে এডোবি ফটোশপ,ইলাস্ট্রেটর, আরও কিছু সফটওয়্যার দ্বারা ডিজাইনিং শেখা যায়। প্রফেসিওনাল মানের ডিজাইনিং একই সাথে আর্থিক সাফল্য ও মানসিক তৃপ্তি দুটোরই ভাল পদ্ধতি হতে পারে।
